A winter-favourite of ours! The very first of the English forced rhubarb comes from a 9-square-mile triangle in West Yorkshire. Kept in the dark for months, the rhubarb is a light crimson colour and more tender than the hardier outdoor variety. Perfect for crumbles and pies, or for simply stewing in orange juice and serving with some yoghurt.
